Corporate Transparency Act

Corprorate Transparency Act or CTA:  This law goes into effect on January 1, 2024.  It is a new federally mandated filing requirement for most corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships and certain other business entities.  There are exceptions and additions as you would expect.  I am not permitted to file nor to assist you in filing this form.  You must file it yourself or seek legal assistance.  Please click the image below for more information:
